	The International Association of Culinary Professionals announced the winners of
the Julia Child Cookbook Awards at their annual conference in San Antonio, Texas, on
April, 8, 1995.

	Julia Child herself, along with Graham Kerr, co-presented several of the top awards -
which appear at the end of this list in order to add a little suspense...

American Category: TV Food Network Award
