Subj:  The Best Chocolate Cake

This is so easy and so good - try it and see
Chocolate Mud Cake - credit to Joan Mitchell
2 C sugar
1 3/4 C flour
3/4 C cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 eggs
1/2 C oil
2 tsp vanilla essence
1 C milk
Mix all together, add 1 C boiling water. Bake @ 350 degrees for 35 mins in 2 sandwich
tins

FROST AND FILL with Chocolate Ganache - 8 oz semi sweet chocolate, 1 C heavy cream.
Boil cream and pour over chocolate until it melts.
