Fast Mayonaise  (Mayonesa Rapida)

Ingredients:

   * 1 egg
   * 1 teaspoon of mustard
   * 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
   * 1 lemon
   * 1 cup of oil
   * salt and pepper

Procedure:

1. In the glass receptacle of the blender, put the lemon juice, egg mustard,
sugar, salt and pepper and liquify.

2. While blending, gradually add oil until the mix thickens a little.

3. Refrigerate and serve.
