Subj:  Easy Chicken Casserole

This is a great company dish: it's easy to throw together, and cooks while you entertain.

Ingredients

[2        ]    chickens quartered
[1 cup    ]    raw rice
[1 can    ]    cream of mushroom soup
[1 can    ]    cream of celery soup
[1 cup    ]    milk
[1 pkg.   ]    dry onion soup

Directions

Mix rice, soups, and milk.  Place mixture in heavy duty aluminum foil.  Place chicken
pieces on top.  Sprinkle with dry onion soup mix.  Seal foil securely, place on cookie
sheet, and bake at 350 degree oven for 2 hours.

Serves 6
