Golden Glow Pork Chops

From a crockpot cookbook

5 to 6 Pork Chops
1/4 c. Brown Sugar
1/2 teas. ground Cinnamon
1/4 teas. ground Cloves
1 (8 oz.) can Tomato Sauce
1 (29 oz.) can Cling Peach halves
1/4 c. Vinegar
Salt and Pepper

Lightly brown chops on both sides in skillet.  Pour 
off excess fat.  Combine brown sugar,
cinnamon, cloves, tomato sauce, vinegar and 1/4 c. of 
syrup from peaches.  Sprinkle
chops with salt and pepper.  Arrange chops in slow cooking 
pot.  Place drained peaches
on top.  Pour tomato mixture over all.  Cover and cook 
on low for 4 to 6 hours.  Makes 5
to 6 servings.
