Subj: Chicken Cordon Bleu
This is the easiest recipe for it that I know of.
Thin sliced chicken breasts
Campbell's cream of mushroom soup (1 can per ~5 breasts)
Swiss cheese and Virginia ham (1 slice each per breast)
Roll each breast with a slice of cheese and ham
Roll each breast into egg whites
Bread with Italian bread crumbs
Pan fry in Olive oil (tastes best) till outsides are done
Arrange all breasts in a pan
Blend soup with milk or water to make creamy
Pour soup on top and bake at 350 -375 for about 40 minutes
(Baste during this time)
