Subj:  Company chicken

I call this Company Chicken because its great to make 
when you have company over for
dinner:

1 envelope onion soup mix
1 10 oz jar peach or apricot preserves
1 bottle red Russia salad dressing
3 lbs chicken parts

Double line a large roasting pan with foil. Mix first 
3 ingredients in a bowl. Dip chicken
in mixture and arrange in pan. Seal up foil and bake 
at 350 deg 45 minutes. Open foil,
pour remaining mixture over chicken and bake opened 
for another 30 minutes.
