Subj: Crunchy Chicken Bake From: OlgaDG 1 T. Butter, melted 1 env. cream of chicken Cup - a - soup 1/3 c hot water 1 lb chicken, bones and skinned 3/4 c crushed herb-seasoned stuffing mix Preheat oven to 375. In bowl blend Cup-a-Soup with water. Dip chicken pieces in soup, then in crumbs. Place in shallow baking dish and drizzle with butter. Bake 45 minutes or until tender. |
