Subj:  Garlic Chicken

3 Heads Garlic separated into approx 40 cloves
1 cup chopped parsley
6 skinned chicken thighs
3 Tbs. olive oil
salt/pepper/nutmeg

Separate the garlics bulbs in put into boiling water 
for about 1minute.  Cover with ice
water and cut off ends and slip off skins.

Put these into a baking pan with the 3  Tbs. oil and 
coat. 

Add the chicken and coat with oil.

Cover with chopped parsley, salt pepper and a generous 
sprinkle of nutmeg.

Cover and cook at 350 for 1 hour.

Absolutely DELICIOUS
