Subj:  ONE SKILLET CHIC & POTATOES

This is an easy meal when you come home from work and 
don't have much time:

2 lbs of chicken tenders (or chix breasts)
6 medium red potatoes
1/2 cup of green onions
2 tablespoons of olive oil
1/4 of terriyaki sauce

In a large skillet brown potatoes (cut into small wedges) 
and make sure that they are
browned and fairly soft before you add chicken. Saute 
chicken until light brown ,then
add green onions (dice them or slice slantwise) after 
this cooks for about 30 minutes, add
the 1/4 cup of terriyaki (I also put in a few drops 
of soy sauce) and cook until heated
through - serve over rice or add some veggies
