Subj:  Poulet Suisse (Swiss Chicken)

6 whole chicken breasts, skinned & boned
6 slices Swiss cheese
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 large chopped onion
2 sticks butter
2 c. herb croutons, crushed
1 c. white wine

In a 13x 9x2 inch greased baking pan, lay breasts and top each with slice of cheese.  Top
with soup and cup of wine.  Add mushrooms and onion.  Melt butter and mix in
crushed croutons.  Top chicken breast arrangement with crouton/butter mixture.  Baked
covered 1 hour at 350 degrees.  Uncover & bake 20 min. longer.  Serve with rice, stuffing,
etc.  Enjoy.
