Subj:  Sticky Chicky
From:  Red Autumn

I made this for a family of 4:

8 chicken cutlets-sliced in strips or chunks
12 oz. jar of honey
3 tablespoons of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
1 tablspoon of garlic powder { add or lessen to taste }
2 tablespoons lemon juice

This is best cooked in a wok or rounded bottom pan, after slicing chicken into strips
or chunks, flour them liberally. After flouring fry in pan with oil of your choice
{I use light olive oil}. While frying make sure pieces do not stick together, keep moving
them. When chicken is white add the saute sauce and keep it moving around for a few
minutes. Let the chicken get slightly browned, so that sauce will thicken. Chicken is
done when it is glossy looking. Serve on bed of white rice. Sauce directions are:--
Add honey, soy sauce, garlic, and juice together and mix with a wisk. A fast and delicious
change from the normal, and tastes even better the next day.
