Subj:  Shepherd's Bread Dip

This has been a hit at all my dinner parties.

16 oz. sour cream
1 pkg.of Knorr Leak Soup (dry)
1 box of frozen chopped spinach (defrosted or cooked 
if desired))
1 round loaf of Shepherd's or Sourdough bread

Mix sour cream, leak soup, and spinach together.  Let 
chill unit thick.
Hollow out the center of the bread making a bowl out 
of it. Place chilled
mixture into center of bread.  Use the left over bread 
and crackers to dip!
