Decoupaged Metal Vases

1. Paint band around top of a galvanized metal vase (ours were from Pottery Barn) with 2
coats of Pacific Blue or Forest Green Apple Barrel Gloss Enamel.
2. With sharp scissors, cut small pictures from paper (we used Plaid's "Garden" decoupage
    paper).
3. Glue cutouts to vase with Royal Coat Decoupage Finish, following manufacturer's
    instructions.
4. When dry, varnish with 2 coats of Royal Coat as directed.
