CHOCOLATE MUD CAKE - DEBORAH CLIMIE

This is the easiest most delicious cake.

2 C sugar, 
1 3/4 C flour, 
3/4 C Cocoa, 
1 1/2 tsp baking powder, 
1 1/2 tsp baking soda, 
1 tsp salt, 
2 eggs,
1/2 oil, 
2 tsp vanilla ess, 
1 C milk

Mix all togther, add 1 C boiling water. Bake 350 35 minutes in 2 sandwich tins.

GANACHE FROSTING - 8 ox semi sweet chocol;ate, 1 C heavy cream. Boil cream and
pour over choc. Frost and fill cake with this.
