Subj:  Dinner Muffins

Mix 2 cups of Bisquick, 1 stick of melted butter/ margerine, and 8 oz. of sour cream.  Stir
until blended, but do not over blend.  Grease medium or small size muffin tins with
Crisco.  Spoon in each tin to 1/2 to 2/3 full.  Place tins into a pre-heated 400 degree oven
on the middle rack.  Bake for approximately 10 minutes.
Make plenty- they go fast!!!!!
