Subj: Creamy Chicken From: EBWATERS Creamy Chicken 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts 1 can cream of chicken soup (I use low salt/low fat) 1/2 c. skim milk 1 packet of chicken bouillon salt & pepper Cube uncooked chicken breasts. In crock pot, mix together chicken soup, skim milk, chicken bouillon, salt & pepper. Mix in cubed chicken. Cook on low for at least 8 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Serves 4. |
