Subj:  Crockpot Turkey

You won't believe it till you try it, but:
1 boneless turkey breast (butterball) 
1 stick butter (margarine if you absolutely have to)

Put butter in bottom of crockpot, place turkey breast on top (best to rinse off and pat dry). 
Cook on low all day.  Nice to put a little lemon juice on top before cooking also.  The
turkey will not burn up or dry out.
