Cucumbers in Sour Cream
2 med. cucumbers, thinly sliced
1 med. onion, thinly sliced
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs. vinegar
Combine the cucumbers and onion.  Stir together sour 
cream, sugar, vinegar, and 1/2
tsp salt; toss with vegetables.  Cover and chill, stirring 

occasionally.  Makes 3 c.
