Subj:  Tomato Garden Chicken

On top of large sheet of aluminum foil, place 1 cup wild rice (i use uncle ben's with
wild/long grain and herbs); 1/2 chicken; 1/2 tomato (quartered); 6 whole mushrooms;
salt and pepper to taste.  Wrap securely in foil.  Cook in oven or on grill for 1 1/2 hrs. or
so.  Can be prepared ahead.  Great meal for camping - prepare ahead, start fire and stick
foil packets in coals.  when you're done setting up the tent, etc., dinner is ready! 
Another variation is with hamburger/sliced raw potato.
