Peanut cookies and chocolate chip cookies

Peanut cookies

Ingredients:

   * 1 3/4 cups cake flour
   * 1 stick margarine
   * 1 cup brown sugar
   * 2 eggs
   * a dash of vanilla extract
   * 1/2 cup or more peanuts

Directions:

Mix the margarine and brown sugar until fluffy then beat in the egg and
vanilla. Mix the flour into the batter. Add peanuts and mix lightly. Drop
from a teaspoon onto a greased baking pan. Flatten with a fork dipped in
flour. Let them cool in a refrigerator for 20 min. Bake at 320F for 15 to 20
min.

Chocolate chip cookies

Ingredients:

   * 1 3/4 cups cake flour
   * 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
   * 1 stick margarine
   * 1/2 cup and one tablespoon brown sugar
   * 1 egg
   * a dash of vanilla extract
   * 1/4 teaspoon table salt
   * 1/2 cup or more chopped walnuts*
   * 1/2 cup or more chocolate chips*
   * 1/2 cup or more raisins*

* Adjust the amount to taste

Directions:

Mix the flour and baking soda by sifting (twice), then set the mixture
aside. In a bowl, mix the margarine and brown sugar until fluffy, then beat
in the egg and vanilla. Mix the flour and baking soda into the batter. Add
the rest of the ingredients (walnuts, chocolate chips, and raisins) and mix
lightly. Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking pan. Flatten with a fork
dipped in flour. Bake at 320F for 15 to 20 min.
