Cole Slaw  (Ensalada de Col)



   * 1/2 small head of cabbage, finely shredded
   * 2 carrots, grated
   * 1/2 onion cut into fine slices
   * 1 tablespoon of oil
   * 1 tablespoon of mustard
   * 1/2 cup of raisins
   * 1 1/2 tablespoons of lime juice
   * 1 pinch of sugar
   * salt and pepper


1. Soak the shredded cabbage in water and salt for 10 minutes. Drain.

2. Put the cabbage in a salad bowl with the carrots onion and raisins.

3. Mix the oil with the mustard, lime juice, sugar, salt and pepper. Pour
the mix over the vegetables. Mix refrigerate and serve alone or together
with a meat dish.
