Chilled Yoghurt Salad  (Ensalada Fria de Yogurt)



   * 1 cup of unflavored yoghurt
   * 1/2 cup of powdered milk
   * 3 cucumbers, finely diced
   * 2 cloves of garlic
   * 5 tablespoons of chopped nuts
   * 2 tablespoons of white vinegar
   * 4 tablespoons of oil
   * salt and pepper
   * chili powder as desired


1. Liquify the garlic, oil and the nuts together with the milk and vinegar.

2. Mix the yoghurt and cucumber with the above mix. Add salt and pepper.
Chill the mix for at least an hour and serve in chilled salad bowls.
Sprinkle with chili powder.
