Baker's Fish  (Pescado Panadera)



   * 1 whole fish (approximately 1/2 kg. preferably either rubia, peto or
     cazón [dogfish])
   * 2 tablespoons of margarine
   * 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
   * 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
   * 1 cup of white wine
   * 3 tablespoons of bread crumbs
   * 1/2 teaspoons of paprika
   * salt and pepper

Procedure: 1. Wash the fish well and dry it. Butter it and sprinkle salt and
pepper on top. Put it in a casserole dish.

2. Put garlic and parsley on top. Add the cup of wine and put it in a
preheated oven at a medium temperature.

3. After 20 minutes turn the fish over and sprinkle the bread crumbs and
paprika on top. Continue baking, bathing the fish in butter occasionally.
Serve with lime or lemon.
