Egg Soup  (Sopa de Huevo)



   * 3 eggs
   * 6 cups of chicken broth
   * 1 tablespoon of flour
   * 1 pinch of chopped nuts
   * 1 teaspoon of chopped parsley
   * salt and pepper


1. Whip the eggs with the flour.

2. Boil the broth and then gently strain the egg mixture into the broth.
Allow it to cook on low flame 10 minutes. Add the nuts, salt, pepper and
chopped parsley.
