Subj: Old Dominion Meat Loaf
Title: Old Domminion Meatloaf

Yield: 8 servings
2 lb Lean ground beef 1/2 c Finely chopped green pepper
1 c Yellow onion 2 ea Medium eggs
1 c Shredded potato 1/8 ts Dried basil
1/4 ts Black pepper 2 sl Dry bread
1/2 ts Salt 1/4 c Catsup
1 cn Campbels veg. soup
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Tear dry bread into pieces.
Shred 2 or 3 med. potatos.
Mix ingrediants, except catsup, in large mixing bowl, until
thouroughly combined and mixture holds together. Spray 9x24 ovenproof dish
w/ pam or some other veg. oil spray. Place meatloaf mixture in dish trying
to leave 1/2" space around edges. Put catsup on top of mixture.
Place in oven and bake for approx 1 hr.
