Subj: Deviled Chicken breast
1/2 chicken breast skinned, boned and scored
3 Tbl dry Vermouth
1 Tbs catsup
1 tsp Djon country style mustard
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp dried basil
5 dashes Tobasco sauce
salt and pepper
1. Combine all ingredients except chicken in micowave casserole and mix well. Add
chicken and turn to coat both sides. Cover and cook on high for 3 minutes.
2. Open caserole and turn chicken, recover and cook on high for 2 minutes.
3. Let stand for 2 minutes. Serve with cooking liquid as a sauce.
