This is absolutely delicious.  I found this recipe in an old book about 35 years ago.  It is so
easy you can't believe it.

2 packages frozen choppen spinach
1 pound crabmeat
1 1/2 cups sharp grated cheddar cheese
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 carton sour cream
dash of nutmeg, salt & freshly ground pepper to taste
Thaw Spinach
grate cheese
Start with a layer of spinach, then onions, then crab, then cheese.   Repeat once again.

Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 35 minutes
Top with some sour cream  (you may want to add some fresh chopped dill).
