Subj: Stuffed Shells
Once you make this you'll ache for more!!!!!
MAKE 2 1/2 PYREX DISHES
your own spagetti sauce
3 lbs. ricotta cheese
2 lbs ground chuck
1 box frozen chopped spinach
1 hunk of grated mozzarella cheese (about 16 oz.)
1/4 cup parmesian cheese
2 boxes of shells (large shell shaped pasta noodles)
cook shells according to box directions. Mix ricotta , cooked and drained meat, cooked
and well drained spinach, eggs and parmesian cheese together. Add salt and pepper to
taste. Stuff your shells with this filling. Line in pyrex dish which has been lined with
sauce first. Put sauce over shells and top with grated mozzerlla. Cover with foil . Cook
for 1 hour in 350* oven for 1 hour......Enjoy.
