The Scribe's Chicken Salad

1 avg. sized frying chicken
4 eggs
1 cup diced celery
1/2 cup diced sweet pickles
2 tablespoons sweet pickle vinegar (from jar)
about 1 cup of mayonnaise

Boil chicken, skin, cool, and cube. Hard cook eggs, 
cool, peel, and dice. In a large bowl
mix chicken, eggs, celery, pickles, and pickle vinegar. 
Add mayonnaise until consistency
suits you. Chill well and serve cold.
