Crock Pot, Unstuffed Cabbage
1 head cabbage, shredded
1 1/2 - 2 pounds ground meat
1 large onion, sliced
salt, pepper, hot sauce, garlic, etc
1 cup raw brown rice
1/2 cup raisins
25 ounces tomato sauce, puree, spaghetti sauce or V-H 
sour salt, lemon juice or vinegar, to taste
2 cups broth or bouillon, if cooking on top of stove 
or in oven
~   In crock  pot, cover bottom with cabbage.
~   Layer remaining ingredients in order given.
~    Put setting on medium and cook for the better part 
of the day.  The longer it cooks
and stays the better the flavors will be blended.  Stir 
once or twice, check seasonings and
correct to your taste 
These amounts are not written in stone.  If you want 
more meat, use it; if you like more
rice, its okay; if you want less of anything, that is 
okay too.  Just go for it.
