Cook's Tip: If you plan on serving these with the Roast-Beef 
Tenderloin, put them in
the oven when you remove the roast.
 6 medium-size ripe tomatoes, cut in half
 1 container (about 5 ounces) creamy garlic-flavored 
cheese, at room temperature
 1/4 cup packaged seasoned bread crumbs
1. Heat oven to 450 F. Lightly grease a jelly-roll pan 
or other large pan with sides.
2. Arrange tomatoes in pan. Spread about 2 teaspoons 
cheese on each half.
3. Lightly sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake 12 to 15 
minutes, until crumbs are golden.
* Serves 12. Per serving: 60 cal, 2 g pro, 5 g car, 
4 g fat, 12 mg chol, 116 mg sod. Exchanges:
1/4 starch/bread, 1/2 vegetable, 3/4 fat
